Although I agree with the above posters' premises, I believe that gigs of data would be ok by today's standards. Back before evdo, we used to tether and keep it under a gig/month to stay under the radar. Now with apps like slingplayer, youtube flash bundle, and especially hulu mobile (not released yet), multiple gigs of data can EASILY be used without ever tethering whether via usb or wifirouter. Meaning, I feel that a few gigs a month should go undetected. If you're slinging through your phone, you're downloading a ****load of data. Legally.
