And the phone comes with a Seidio phone case protector also...which has been on it since I purchased the phone...

The phone has all the latest updates including the latest ROM from HTC...

Also included is a pouch...it does have the verizon logo on the pouch...

Comes with battery...all the accessories mentioned and shown in the pics...

And have a 1GB micro SD card that comes with it also...
