I talked to a sprint tech last night for 45 minutes with questions on GPS and Sprint Radio on my HTC Touch. They said that the GPS and updates will be pushed 1st week of May. But no comment on if that will help my Sprint Radio subscription. They did say that it will unlock the GPS to be used with the Sprint Navigation.
Can't wait til' May.
