Read my edit above  I went about installing it only to see that it was even linked in Programs. I guess I should have checked first. 
So, I guess the question is whether there is something different in that other rom or was he refering to a different program. |
hmm... maybe Remote Desktop client (RDP)? wm6 wpctsc1.exe?
