The one I downloaded had the Zalman.wpl present and you could have downloaded Zalman 6nt separately. Maany times when you unzip the file, it places a folder within a folder. You have to place the folder with the content into the Themes and Icons folder. So, don't copy the unzipped folder, but the folder that is inside of the unzipped folder...
