yea thats pretty much what I was reffering to. I wouldnt include things like setting your personal ringtones and tsk's though. I used to have a few for my 6700 and made reflashing super simple. Every other rom has different tweaks and such. I would just like to see a standard recommended setup.

This would take a few people to pool together some ideas and decide on something that everyone would want/need and not make it too bloated
