they sent me a brand new Touch for replacement great phone just wasnt for me, they sent me a Brand new Mogul with all accesories in a box and couldn't be happier been playing with it for days and just love it. Touch getting sent back today(and there letting me keep all the accessory which i can use on my mogul, they only want the phone back and battery)
