Okay, I have been reading posts for days now
There are a lot! I am mostly a newbie and have been contemplating upgrading to the Mogul and then though maybe I would just revamp my current phone. I am on Sprint. I just want some help figuring out what I am doing wrong and why I can't get my phone to upgrade to WM6. I followed the directions that Rob posted on page 6 but I do have some questions... Here is what I am doing....I put my phone in bootloader mode and then plug it into my computer via usb. I run the app to upgrade it... it does not tell me anything about my phone before it upgrades. It is blank there...It tells me it is finished and then I need to hard reset.. then that lovely question comes up with Y or N ... (I am not certain which one to choose - sorry everyone... did I mention I was a newbie). Anyways, I have tried numerous times and it comes back cleaned out... but no WM6. I am embarr***** even to post this question (seems like I have written a novel)... and if it was answered in one of the other 67 pages... sorry! I got tired of reading... Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks all....
