I'm using a Logitech Mobile Traveller.
the software version on my 700wx is 1.14 which I believe has the SMS patch/upgrade integrated.
What software version are you using ?
What I've noticed is that after 3-4 hours of the headset & 700wx being linked, with intermittent use (taking calls, checking voice messages etc.), the link will stop working and the BT will lock up and stay that way - you can't get the headset to relink (yes even after fully recharging) It's as though the BT host thinks the headset is actively linked, even though it's not. jeffH70 lays out whats' happening in the registry in his post. This is also when I notice the speaker phone being locked out (won't activate while the BT channel is locked/hung) The only cure is to pop the cover off and hit the soft reset button.
