Your teminology is all wrong, so I don't know what you are asking.

There are NO ROMs in the kitchen. It makes ROMs. Kitchens are not ROMs. You might could add additional kitchens; depends on what you are trying to add. You can not add kitchens for devices other than Titan/Apache.

If your question is can you modify a selections.txt based on one kitchen to use it on another kitchen, the answer is yes. Change the Kitchen line at the top to point at the new kitchen. You will likely get a bunch of warning about module xxx not found that you should look at. Saving the selections.txt from within BuildOS will regenerate the file minus any missing modules.
