I've been trying to create a shortcut using notepad. I want to be able to assign the shortcut icon to a .ico, but I have not been able to do so. I even tried using SK Shortcut Manager, but it only recognizes .dlls. Is there a way to convert and .ico to a .dll. Sorry, if I'm missing something hear...google didn't seem to bring up any answers.
