LOL...yeah, this whole thing has gotten pretty laughable. Like the great lawsuit that's going to be launched over this "real soon now". oh my! I bet HTC is just shaking in their shoes with all these amateur lawyers babbling about things they think they saw! I gave up when I posted an example of the REAL problem with these phones, something anyone with the phone can actually see for themselves and then even that was met with the usual tired whining about some drivers that would solve all the problems of the world when Jesus delivered it personally. If people had stuck to actual facts about actual problems and gone after HTC in a viable way, something may have actually gotten done. Now...pfft, ya'll get what you deserve which is, most likely, nothing.
