Re: TeleNav vs. Other Paid GPS Progrms

I've had TeleNav for about a year now. I got it on my old Moto phone. When I got the Touch I had to do a little research to find the software from TeleNav (and get a gps receiver). TeleNav with Live search works great for me. I do a lot of driving every day and use it mostly for traffic conditions.

On my old phone the voice directions worked on my bluetooth. With the Touch it does not. Maybe because the receiver is connected via bluetooth. I'm hoping this will be fixed when sprint updates the phone software.

When I first got TeleNav a sprint friend told me to go to the sprint televav website and ask for a demo account.
I signed up for a demo account using my work email address and have never had to pay for the service. As of right now my TeleNav account is active until next year when my Sero plan is over. Don't know if it will work for everyone but you can try.
