I bought a pearl for my wife - this gave me a good chance to play with the bb os, and I hated it. Being an MS guy, I tried to be a little patient with something new, but had less trouble picking up Linux when I had to for work than working navigating the options on that phone!

When it worked as it was supposed to, it was a nice, simple phone with a couple of simple apps. Customization was either expensive, or non-existent. And then when the email stopped working twice in two weeks due to a BB outages, I simply could no longer justify the additional $30 Sprint was hitting me with, so back it went. Now I'm hoping that Sprint will release a small form-factor WM, or will have to try a Centro...
