Question Cant delete these registry keys? ...\Phone as Modem

How can I permanently delete the registry keys below?

I try to delete this key, it says: “Error deleting key. The key cannot be deleted”
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Comm\RasBook\Phone as Modem]

I’ve had a similar issue in windows XP before, and it’s a permission problem. But I don’t see registry security settings in my windows mobile 6 registry editors I’m using. How do I obtain admin on my phone?

And when I delete this one it just comes back after a reboot.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\ConnMgr\Providers\{7C4B7A3 8-5FF7-4bc1-80F6-5DA7870BB1AA}\Connections\Phone as Modem]
