You don't have to hard reset to do this just skip the reset and do the last part. and update profile it will work fine. Would have told you sooner but I just got home.  |
BigD5...you most certainly have to
do a factory-reset (##786#) after the ROM update OR if it's a new phone with the ROM.
Once you do it though you are all set even if you do another hard-reset.
Updating the profile will NOT fix this...trust me, lots of us wish it were that easy!
