NOTE: I also uninstalled, and re-installed, and tried just the phone number and password without the phone number again...

I appreciate all your work...as soon as it is working on my phone...a donation will be made!!!
hmm, to help fix problems - i need people who are having issues to:
1: let me know what kind of plan they have
2: send me the source page (private info redacted) of their usage page.
