I have been having the same problem lately. I just did a hard reset and I will try to run it with as few after market programs as possible and see what happens. If I still have the issues I will be sending it back to sprint as well. I have had the device for a month and there is no reason to be having these kinds of issues. If you have the warranty why not use it????
