I tried to install the update but because, I think, I have a faulty usb cable, my connection was interupted at 8%

now I'm stuck with a rainbow screen on my phone that doesn't go away no matter what - after taking out the battery or resetting....

I called HTC customer support and they said that I cant do anything and need to go to the sprint store for an exchange

I really want to get my phone working asap....

name of the update file is RUU_TITAN_SPRINT_WWE_3.35.651.2_RS_TITAN_3.35.04_4 350H_SPCS_AM_Ship
