If you have included this in a ROM build but now want to remove it, you cannot just un-install the cab as it doesn't exist.

Delete the following registry key: \HKLM\Services\LargeTitleBar

Soft reset.

Done.

I found it was disabling my power icon from opening the power control panel applet and was a pain in the proverbial. There was no info on the web to tell me how to disable so I had to figure it out.
