I never said you won't get charged, but the PPC is signing in to the network the same way it dose when you are using PIE. I don't think there is a way for them to track this or even tell the difference. If you transfer large amounts of data all the time there is a chance that Sprint could charge you. Thanks, that makes sense. BTW I did read the first post and I wasn't debating the idea of being charged as I didn't know either way, I was wondering why this was different than dialing a number.
Does anyone actually have the phone as a modem plan ($39/mo I think)? Do they give some alternate way to access the isp through EVDO?
