ok.
first you need to downlad and install a 'Java midlet' manager.
i am using JBED.
You can find it here.

Then, go and download the latest Opera Mini browser.

View this post - on how to actually create a shortcut that will automatically launch Opera. if you don't do this, then you have to manually start the JBED midlet, THEN start Opera.
