You'll still be told it's there if you run updater manually, but the popup notifier on buildos startup should only show once. (If you didnt' know it, when you run Buildos, it will check for new updates and notify you if it found some - no need to run updater manually to check). If there's an update you don't want, you'll have to uncheck it each time to prevent it from downloading. I'll see about retaining check states run to run, but that will be a long way off.
