- The booted up fine and seemed to be operating OK.
- I tried connecting to the internet using Internet Sharing to test my speeds. I connected fine, and saw good download speeds of around 760 kbps.
- I rebooted the phone after installing some more software (Live Search and WM5torage 1.
- The Problem: Now, I can no longer get Internet Sharing to work properly. I have a good data connection (I can surf the 'net), but when I try to start Internet Sharing, I can not get an IP address on my laptop assigned in the "192.168.x.x" range. Instead, I get a "limited connectivity" IP address in Microsoft's reserved "169.254.x.x" range.
I did not see this problem with my XV6700 running the WM6.1 Kitchen.

Methinks I found a bug!
If I have Bluetooth powered "ON", I get a "limited connectivity" IP address on my computer when I try to start Internet Sharing. If I turn Bluetooth "OFF", I can get an IP address fine.
Actually, this bug has a very similar feel to a bug that occurred in a different ROM for the Apache a while ago - Maybe when the first WM6 ROMs came out, so the fix may be the same (if someone actually knows what it is).
Thanks for listening,
