You left off obstacle interference (like the plane body itself and ground units when taxing)

It's not easy to generate a big enough flux to distrub modern aircraft equipment. The biggest hazard is actually in little planes where magnetic compasses are still relied on. The FAA rules out electronics usage on aircraft because while "normal" equipment is not likely to cause any harm, people knowingly and unknowingly use all kinds of compromised equipment. Plus, no engineer is ever going to say a signal couldn't be interfered with when you throw in the posibility of improperly-protected/improperly-functioning aircraft equipment.
