When you call to make a claim, make sure that you demand a Mogul and verify that it's not a HTC Touch. They sent me the Touch and I called them right back letting them know that the two phones are not equivalent. Make the following points to them:

1. Mogul has GPS built-in and that you use it all the time. HTC Touch doesn't.

2. Mogul has a physical keyboard that you use ALL the time because you like to text message and it's convenient.

Because of that reason, you need a Mogul and not a Touch. They will send you a Mogul in a week.
