It you don't mind Java, load up pocket Opera, and go the the game download site on the home page... I remember several Torigomi (spelling) type games for dogs, cats, dragons, etc...

If you use a game boy emulator, there are some fighting games of that nature available too... Can't remember if they let you link to other players though...
