Yes, I always hard reset.
Yes, the PC does see the phone and starts to sync, but always errors out. I can still explore and it shows as connected and recognizes my device ID, but no syncing of data. I did notice that with WM6.1, I now have a new sync category on my pc in the A/S window. I'll have to look at it to get the exact name when my wife comes back with the laptop, but it's something like Microsoft Office...

Trying to go directly to the laptop and the Israeli computer. Limited success with the [US] laptop and no recognition at all from the Israeli computer.
