The short answer is NO.

The long answer - None of the current ROM upgrades support or enable GPS or Rev A for that matter. Until Sprint and HTC release the official update or the Verizon XV6900 is released with GPS already enabled and some wizard ports it over for the rest of us, it is not likely you will ever see your phone working as a GPS receiver.
