Well I probably just don't know what I'm doing. I've never replaced a basekit before and I went in, created the folder that is specified in the defaults, then I extracted everything there and chose the defaults for the kitchen worksheet... but it errored on a bunch of crap and nothing looked right so I f'ed it up
