I have done the *228 updated the prl and told the phone to reactivate. I will look at the setting in EPST i did not think to write them down but I have now done this with the phones of two alltel employees so I kinda have access to whatever tools I need now come Monday I will go and have them fire up a brand new one and look at all the settings. Untill then any other ideas as it is really annoying?
