wat version active sync you have on the computer. 4.1 had a lot of problems for me. 4.2 hasnt given me any real problems and if im not mistaken 4.5 beta is out. try that and see. also there is an activesync cab that will alternates the type of syncing being done, check in dl. BTW, if you have AKU 3.3, the USB to Pc function also takes care of that.
