The best thing about SPB Backup is that the compressed file is an EXE. Just double-click, and your phone is restored 100% without needing to re-install any software.
The only catch is that you can only "safely" restore full backups on the same ROM. If you're upgrading your ROM, restoring an old-ROM backup, while might probably work, will cause problems.
