My mom just received her phone in today. It came with the new ROM on it. When she called to have it activated and everything, she asked why it was delayed so long. They said it was because they were updating them with the new ROM before shipment. I guess so they can cut down the call volume when they get them and not realize they have to update the ROM for the GPS to work.
