you're correct on the ##778# part as much as accessing everything else, but you may also wanna ask tech support for the code. i have 911403 on mines after the ##778# and editing the EPST settings. if you wanna go directly to the unlock code, you can also dial ##775#, and it'll bypass the options screen. and yes it is under data packet string, but you may need to try a different custom rom that enables rev a for that without the data issues.
