How are you trying to view it? Last I heard, youtube mobile wasnt working well for windows mobile. If you're trying to view the regular youtube site, I'm pretty sure PIE doesnt support flash yet. I think there's some sort of tweak using TCPMP and PIE that will get all that to work though.
