I was just told by a CSR that the timeframe is indeterminate still and that they are having problems with the phones. He referenced that as the reason they were taken off the website. He called sales for me at my request to get more information for me, but came back with the conclusion that there is no timeframe.
He also offered to replace my Mogul with a Touch, and I declined due to Rev. A support and the lack of a keyboard. I am wondering why it is I did not receive a call about the backorder status and receiving one on the 26th. I hope that this applies to all who have ordered a Mogul.
