Hello Gang!
I did a ton of searching for the fix but it wasn’t that it wasn’t out there but I was too fat fingered to find it.
After the update to WM6.1 from the DCD kitchen and with a friends update to WM 6.1 with the DCD kitchen we found that the #1 button on the dialer (mogul big button as well) was being confused with the voice mail and or other images.
I don’t believe this is a DCD issue but a WM6.1 issue but if anyone has any info on this I would love to really know the answer.

Fix: edit the reg: HKCU\ControlPanel\PhoneExtendFunction\CDMA, Set EnableVoicemailIcon = 0 then soft reset.
I only post this here so if others are having the issue it will come up in the search a bit easier.
