If I am not touching the 6700 and simply watch the acb program, it hovers around 60mA. This is with the 2nd to lowest backlight setting.

If the screen backlight turns off, it hovers around 35mA.

If I start touching the Start Menu, it jumps to 120mA.

If a data connection is established, it climbs to 400 to 500mA. That just doesn't seem right.
