I can open it, see applications available, and even browse through my phones files. As well as transfer files. So I KNOW BT is working and it knows my PC.
BT Settings-> Devices: I can see my computer listed
BT Settings->COM Ports: I have a com port to my computer on COM8. However, when I try to make a New Outgoing Port, I select my computer, hit next and it only lists Ports: 2, 4, 6, and 8. WTF. So I select 8.
On my PC:
Start->Settings->Control Panel->System->Hardware->Device Manager->Ports:
This lists two "Bluetooth Communications Port" one for COM5 and one fr COM9.
Every guide I've ever read says to use the same COM port. So how am I supposed to do that if my computer (Device Manager, as well as ActiveSync) only shows me 5 and 9, while my i760 only shows me 2,4,6, and 8.
Help please?
