Goto GPS settings in Google Maps a make sure to let windows choose satt.I also have a verrrrryyy good working Today Plugin. This has worked ALWAYS!!! With every Rom I ever flashed and I flashed them all. If you disable the Today plugin before you uninstall it, reset, install new plugin and thats that. Just try it and if it works for you, post it or link back.
