Re: SD card corrupt?

I have a 6 GB Sandisk and I had it go funny numerous times and a reset or removing and re-seating the card always fixed it until one day last week when it got all screwed up and no amount of resetting or re-seating would fix it. I had to reformat it (some files were saved before I took this action). It formatted up fine and is working OK so far. I have seen this issue posted on numerous threads here and elsewhere, so it seems to be a common problem. I cannot figure out a cause although I am suspicious it may have something to do with the fact that I store my mail on the card. I will be careful to copy the contents of the card to my computer more often to avoid the loss of important files.
