That's easy in residential areas, but in business areas it can be hard to pick out street numbers - especially if you are in an unfamiliar area and are focused on following the directions. Also, if you are choosing your destination using POI's, the street address isn't always readily available.

MioMaps doesn't do it. Intellinav (which is based on iGuidance) does.
