A shortcut is a text file 25#"\Windows\picselifv.exe" saved as a Piscel PDF or whatever you want to name it. Then make a flash file entry.
I cannot tell about the registry since the site formats differently. Each [HKEY....] should be all the way to the left. Each line under that entry should be 2 spaces over. Save as Unicode.
