"Contacts" = "\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Contacts.lnk"

This will set the left as Calculator, the right as Contacts... or you could just save the attached file as "softkeys.cab" (instead of softkeys.zip) ... copy it to the phone via ActiveSync ... and then click to install.
