Re: New SERO question... mogul question, also.

I was going to send you a pm with info, but the info will benifit everyone so I will post here.

Here is your answer:
1. You would have to split your family plan into 2 seperate plans (note, this does not meen seperate accounts, this is not neccesary), one with you and a 500 min. $30 sero plan, one with a $49.99 1400 sero plan.

2. Google maps is a free app you can download from your phone, you can find it at http://google.com/gmm from your phones browser. Since gps is a feature and not a service on the Mogul you can use it for free on any phone that has it on any plan. If you wanted to use Sprint Navigation then that is a different question because that is a service and it is an add on to your plan (although I don't know for sure on sero, but I believe that you would still have to pay for it, just a guess.)

3. You would not have to extend your contract to switch plans with Sprint, but the only people you may find to be willing to do it will be retentions and they may force you to renew to get the deal. If they don't require you to renew for that your sister will have to renew if she gets a phone from Sprint, but most people would recomend you just get one off eBay.

4. You are going to have a real tuff time finding someone to convert you to sero plans because it is against Sprint policies to put current customers on those plans. These plans are supposedly only available to new customers and only from the website. You may find someone to do it for you, but it will be difficult. The best scenario is that you are BOTH out of contract and can find a comparable plan with another carrier or you know people who are on it.

(notice I did not say people haven't gotten put on these plans and that it was impossible, I know this is not the case, but it against Sprint policies so it shouldn't happen. Retensions is the only department that can do this and from what I understand they don't like to)

If this is valuable info please feel free to tip the scales
