I know one iTunes Photo Extractor program which helps you to recvoer photos from iTunes backup. Or another one Myjad iTunes Backup Extractor restores almost everything from your iPhone, iPad and iPod. But the premise is that you ought to have a backup in your PC.
Program like Dr.Fone claims that it will be able to recover data from iPhone directly. However I have been observing and reviewing all the feedbacks and comments from their webpage. It seems it's still a buggy software which may not help you to recover properly.
So that's what I can suggest and advice.
