Hmm, I suppose you followed the prerequisites on loading Android? I suggest:
-Format MicroSD before copying the "Android" folder to it.
-Need at least 300MB free space.
-Before booting, turn off all radio's (Wifi, BT, CDMA/GSM)
-Really important: clearcad.exe needs to be clicked on at least 6 or more times.
-This cyanogenmod is known to take a little more than just 1 boot to get it working. It needs to write cache.img and data.img, and haret will sometimes fail to do this.
-Maybe it's also best to not have headphones plugged in while booting
