I work for NYC and the only way to connect to my work emails was to VPN onto the intranet or setup a custom recipient and have all emails pushed to my Mogul since NYC only has Crackberry service.
Best thing to do is befriend someone in IT and ask them to setup a custom recipient. Works for me fine and most times I get the email pushed before it even shows up on Outlook.
