Like mine. No lag. AT&T locks their bootloader so it sucks for their users. I did root mine and added the hotspot patch. I've always been a fan of the stock rom so I don't plan on changing it on this phone either.
I honestly don't think that it is really worth the update from the s3 to s4 but if you have to buy one I'd get the s4. I also prefer the sound on the s3 over the s4. They turned the treble up on the s4 which causes distortion during loud crashes and high pitched game sound effects.
